Wow! I'm so glad you are here. Real estate is my passion and expertise. I will be able to assist you with what some people say is "the largest financial transaction you will ever make in your lifetime." I take this responsibility very seriously and have a reputation for superior customer service. Having been born and raised in St. Louis and the St. Charles areas, I have many years of experience with the real estate trends and markets right here in the place I call home.
I graduated from Tampa Bay Area Academy of Business with a degree in Court Stenography. I have worked in the Clayton and downtown St. Louis area as a freelance reporter and as a court reporting business owner for over 15 years now. That's where I got the nickname "Downtown Sandi Brown," but not until I became a multi-million dollar producer and professional agent did I pick up the tag, "Your Hometown Real Estate Expert."
In my full-time practice as a stenographer, a couple of the attorneys that were clients of All Type Reporting (my court reporting business) specialized in real estate. I gained a wealth of knowledge regarding the market, the legal consequences from not having title insurance, faulty surveys, land development issues, buyer's agency, condemnation and the list goes on. I then discovered my life's passion, which is real estate. Residential, commercial and rental properties have all become part of my personal and/or professional portfolio.
Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family at home in Lake St. Louis and at our condo at Lake of the Ozarks, which is also available for nightly rental, to boating and traveling, especially to exotic islands, participating in and supporting my local church, Cornerstone UMC, and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations.
